I Drove to the store and was going to hook up with the guys, but I got there late and I was on my own.     About 2 miles into my run I ran into about 4 runners coming back on the trail.  I had a good run.  Felt pretty good after the run.   I decided to retire my 2120 Asics.  They were looking and feeling flat.   They were quite a pair.  We traveled many miles together.    They will be missed and I wish them a happy retirement!

Wildbull, I agree, the parkway is great and the running babes are great, my wife Sylvie is one of them. I always carry pepper spray, not for people, have used it 3 times over the years on dogs coming after me. By the way, 3 hr Boston is a darn good marathon. It seems 2:50 or better at St.George is really within your reach. Your not old enough to be my dad, I am 57, but you could run me ragged. I like your MOTTO.

And a few other fast runners.  We took off avg about 7 min miles for the first 5.  Dustin and I tried to hang onto Marci,  We made it for 5 then we broke off and headed back to the store.   This run felt good, but I had a hard time catching my breath most of the run.

Bill, Dr. Jevsevar, with Zion Orthopaedics, phone # 251-2650. He is the Doc that performed my knee surgery. He is hard to get into, (very busy), but he's good. His assistant is K.C. Hafen, he could also give you the shot and you would be able to get into him much faster. You still ran pretty good on sat, even with the pain. Have you decided to bag Painters? Cows may come and Cows may go, but the BULL goes on forever! You will be back!

From wildbulll on Mon, Jan 14, 2008 at 14:31:07

I have been to Jevsever when i had Planters and a fot fracture. He is good. but hedoes not do anything for the back.

From James on Mon, Jan 14, 2008 at 14:55:51

Cortisone only relieves the pain it doesn't fix the problem, I know. I would weight the options before getting shots that will eventually not work and can screw up your nervous system. Look into a massage.

From wildbulll on Mon, Jan 14, 2008 at 14:58:54

thanks James! I guess i will give Steve the Massage guy a call.

From Mike Warren on Mon, Jan 14, 2008 at 15:22:07

James is right, Cortisone should never be the first option. Although I feel it does have it's place. My wife and also a good friend of mine had planters so bad, walking was diffucult. Both had great success with the shot, my wife now in her third year with no pain. Bill, we have been trying to get you to call massage Steve!! You can do it, One Call that's all!!

From James on Mon, Jan 14, 2008 at 15:34:47

If massage Steve isn't what you want to do find a massage Amber like I did.

Everything has its place and can be beneficial if used correctly. But drugs and surgery should be some of our last options.

Chiropractors are good at breaking up the scar tissue so that you have more movement in your muscles, tendons, and ligaments. But if the problem is muscle related then a massage can loosen you up the best.

From Wildbull on Mon, Jan 14, 2008 at 15:49:48

James, I almost feel i am at the last resort. I have had this problem since October after During and after Saint George.

Chocolate milk, Umm does a body good! I wish I had the magic formula for the back, darn! Ya know, maybe just maybe, time for the cortosine shot. I waited till the bitter end with my knee, but if I wanted to run it had to happen. I know alot of people don't like this option, I researched and talked to several qualified medical people about it, before I made the decision. If given properly it is very effective. The only downside I came up with was, if you continue to inject in the same spot time and time again, you could damage and weaken your ligaments. One injection from my research is harmless, I receieved 2 in the knee, 1st one did not work. You and the Docs need to decide but, it seems you have had no luck with anything else. Just my 2 cents, I wish you the best pal.

From Hayden on Wed, Feb 13, 2008 at 00:20:24

man that sucks your back is hurting you hey im back to blogging. you are awesome bill, keep those miles up. take it easy man.

From Dustin on Wed, Feb 13, 2008 at 12:28:37

Bill you might find it beneficial to go back to last year and look over some of Paul Petersen's training. I know he was injured much of 2006 and part of 2007 yet was able to do some good things while cross training and then when he came back he was pretty smart not pushing it too hard too soon. I really think he could offer some good advice on dealing with injuries. You might also want to ask for some ideas on the discussion forum.

I had a cort shot when I was a junior in high school during cross country season and it helped for awhile, track season was painful but I managed. However, t wasn't until I broke my ankle the summer before my senior that I really forced to stop running. Looking back the weeks off with no running and then the time spent doing workouts in the swimming pool instead of the road actually gave my body some time off from the pounding. I was surprised I was able to come back pretty fast.

I just wish I knew what to do now with the hip pain. It is no fun being injured.

Oh sweet Angela come back, come back!

Ten Miles on the road.  Felt great. Longest run i have had in months. I hace a massage scheduled today with April.  Oh it is going to feel sooooo good.

Interesting stuff April told you about stress and back pain. I wonder what my hip pain is associated with?

If i am going to break 3:00 hour marathon this year i need to make a good training plan.     150 LBS.    5 more pounds and i will be happy!

Ran 6.25 at 4 today.  Nice warm day. I Ran most of it at a real easy pace.  Picked it up the last mile 6:10 pace.    After work at 9 pm. Went to the gym and ran 7 on the treadmill.   Did 4 x 1 mile intervals at 5.27 pace!      Decided to see how fast the treadmill will go.  Got it down to 4.48   min mile pace!    Rocky music does wonders!  Only hold this pace for a quarter! Any longer I would eat the wall behind me!

Robin called she said she was tired!  Just wanted to talk!   So we talked for 20 min on the phone!   I think it is time for new shoes!

Good workouts today Bill. I'm still amazed how fast you can get going on the treadmill. Sounds like things are going good with Robin. I'm planning on being at both of the club runs this week, so it should be good to see you guys. I've been feeling a little better the last few days. I think the calf is doing quite a bit better. I signed up for Hurricane Half, but still a little scared. I haven't done enough longer runs. I'm worried I might run out of energy around mile 8 or 9.

5:30 am comes awfully quick after getting home from Robins at 12 in the morning. Met up with the club on this dark morning. Steve, Ken, Dustin and Sasha from Provo. Steve plotted a great course for us. I decided to take over and try to lead the pack for a few miles because I knew that it would come down to a punishing run after 10 miles and I did not have the gas to keep up! I do not have my gamin today so I will have to look at the pace later. Just tried to relax and run efficient. Sasha was giving me encouragement the entire time telling me that I was looking good. Keeping quarter splits. After about 11 I began to feel dehydrated and had to slow down. Limped into the Jacob Hamblin home about mile 13 and filled up on water. Picked up the pace again but by then the guys were gone. Over all had a good run.

Went to see April today.  She worked on the hamstrings.  had knots in them.  holy batman the pain.   Back is getting better!

Got new shoes!   I will try them out tonight!

Ran 8 more miles in the wind tonight.   raced some kid a bike up main street for a mile.     I beat him to the light just as it changed making it across the street.    thank goodness,  I was not sure how much longer i could hold the pace.  observed Dustin in action with his driving students!  He was screaming and yelling .  I thought i heard the word retarded coming from his car?

Got to be something wrong about getting up at 4 am to run  a race!  It has to be a sin!

Picked up Steve and Marcie and headed over to Hurricane High to meet the buses.  It was a lot warmer this year.

1st mile got out and lead every one. just showing off!  Ha  Ha

2.  settled down  and slowly let the leaders leave

3 still rocking away  6:24 avg pace.

Will put the rest of the report together tomorrow.

Woke up at 5 am   and picked up Kendrik and Dave  at 5:30  and we headed to Kanab.  first timei ran this race and i think it just may become a tradition.    About 170 people showed up.  I was surprised it was so small.   even though it was small the people in the race were from all over.  california, Nevada,  georgia,   etc.     I told dave if he bets me he will need to run home!      Dave and i started out and left the rest of the pack behind up from the beginning!  No one  came with us!    So the first half mile it was just Dave and me!  Dave gave me a hand pound and started pulling away.  I  will give the mile splits on monday! firstteo miles were a slow decent.   mile 3-4  were rolling hills.   and the last mile a gradual up hill all the way to the finish!      Earned $ 100.00  for getting second place over all.    nice rock trophie.    Dave came in first of course and won a river trip for four.    I should of left him home!   Dave is a great runner.  I am glad he got first place.     Kendrik came in 4th place over all.     the food after the run was awesome.   fresh strawberries, bananas,  grapes, energy trail bars.   these people know how to put on a good race.

After took Robin to zion theater and watched island of nimb.    She made me stew.  watched santa clause 3.   got home at 12 am.  man am i tired!  bring on mothers day!

Sweet Angela must be scaring people.  we only had 3 people which  included me.   So she gave me a little extra attention today and told me what she thought of me.  Lazy no good slow drag along!  ETC   I think she was up set because her tri last week was canceled due to weather.  Hoping to see April  sometime.

Always on the run and thinking of Robin!

a few more miles tonight.  It is beginning to get a little warm!  Most of my work outs will need to be in the morning or later at night.

Was getting psyched to do 20 with the club!  Steve text me 1:30 in the morning and said he was a no go.   Then Dustin Called around 5:30 AM and said he was feeling sick.    So i was left to my self to think and talk to my self.   I decided to go up to the ice Box trail.  This is not a running trail.  It is so bad.  This Trail chews runners up and spits them out with scrapes and bruises and blood all over.    I wanted to run more then 15 but my body just would not go one-step father.     Spent all afternoon and evening with Robin and her children.   I am the UNO king!

I am flying to Texas that day for the week and dont know if I will be able to get a long run while I am there. The biggest thing is I would have to go pretty early to get back by about 6:55. So let me know what you think, If you cant or dont want you that is totally fine!! Just thought I would ask.

Hey Bill, I got signed up for the Summer Games 10K, then went out with Steve last night and did a pretty good 18.5 mile run, I'm feeling a little spent this morning, but still planning to race. Are you driving your car up and if possible could I hitch a ride? I would help pay for gas. Let me know what your plans are. I'm not sure if I will be at the club run tonight or not. Steve said they were going to change the time to 7, instead of 6 pm.

WBR was Awesome.      Meeting many of the best runners on the Blog was what Clyde would say “ Making Memories” We had two great teams.  Both the Blue and the White teams ran with Guts.    I need to thank Steve Hooper and Shasha for letting me have this great experience.   Thanks Guys.

We had a start time of 5 pm in Ogden.  The first few legs seemed Very warm.  I was glad my leg did not start until 8:40 at night.   I was put in Van GO GO.    At first I was nervous, because I only knew Steve Olsen and ran with him a few times.      Our Van of Spartans were, Steve O, Kory W, Stephen C, James M, Andrew M, It was a honor to run with these great warriors.      The legs we ran   were short.  Sleeping in the Van and in the parking lot was the most difficult.     I must say our Van of Spartans were Awesome.  I am glad I got to know theses guys.    Great team, Great times.   “Get busy living or Get busy dying.”

Wildbull,

My parent's address is 3088 Windmill Drive in Santa Clara. Drive on Sunset heading towards Gunlock. Turn right at the light at the Sinclair gas station and follow that road up into Santa Clara Heights. (Chevron is on the left and Sinclair is on the right.) Follow that road which is a little curvy and go all the way to the 4-way stop sign. Turn right at the stop sign and go 3 streets down. Take the 3rd street on the left (Windmill). Their house is on the right side of the road. Look for a maroon Subaru wagon and our gold Hyundai Elantra with all of the stickers on it. If you have questions, call me = 801-391-7859. slowed down  it was kind of hot.

Started out with lindsey  who appeared to be wantingtodoa litttle tempo.  My buddy aaron was not there so i decided why not.      after mile 3 linsey slowed down.  I slowed down,  but he did not seem to want to keep the pace.    I continued thinking that the guys would catch up as soon as they started there tempo.    I guess they decided not to do a tempo run today.    felt good about the run.  Did not feel good about doing it alone.

ran the second annual memorial Steve Abraham Lincon Hooper fun run.  This time with out the man who created it.     Ran with the legends  (Dave and Logan.)     Those guys are sooooooooooo   fast.     Logan attacted every hill like it was his enemy.   Dave was smooth as silk.   Logan tried to act like superman and almost went horizontal.   Guess he tripped on  a rock.  I must say this was much more enjoyable this year.  I actually felt pretty good except for the lack of sleep.  I could feel it when i hit the hills.

I wanted to see if i could push the pace at mile 14 but my left foot started bothering me.  so i had to shut it down and just take it real easy on the way in.

No snakes this time, no bear tracks,  and best of all no stumbling.   The ice cold stream was such a treat after the run.   It felt great.   plud we stoped at Veyo and got a triple berry pie.  Yum,

B  two bananas,   yogurt,  water

L.  chicken sandwich.

I wanted to do my traditional tuesday interval work but when it came time to put on my shoes they were no where to be found.     so i had to go home.  I decided to just run a short tempo run in the dark from home.

Big fat o this morning. I am feeling really tired.  Slept in. need my sleep more then the run at this point.   looking forward to running tonight with the club.

Met up with an awesome group for the club run.

Aaron and i took off like the cops were after us.    Found out Aaron had some digestional problems and he bailed out after 3 pushing the pace 6:10.   I waited for the rest of the guys to catch up.   and contiued on with this awesome group.     after 5 hooked up with Dave, logan, kam, and Ross.    Logan started pushing the pace when we hit the golf course.  And of course like a dog after a car i gave chase.   We stopped and got water after about a mile.    I shut down at that point.  Just ran it slowley on in.  Cought up  Ross and kam  on the trail and pushed it on in.    Thanks guys for waiting.

Overall we had a good run.   And i got some great ideas from the mature guys.

a little side note.  I seen a giant raccoon on the trail.  The thing could of took me home for dinner.  ( Me being the main course)

Bill. Thanks for the comments. I haven't reviewed your blog for awhile. Your out of control!!!!!

I can't believe all the miles your logging. You must weight about 50 pounds or be eating about 10,000 calories a day.

I don't know how you find the motivation to run as much as you do, and for a man of your age!! I'm surprised the knees and hips haven't given out!!

Just kidding. What's your goal for the St. George marathon this year? I'm sure you'll be well under 3 hours with all the miles and hard work you've been putting in?

This was an interesting marathon.    I arrived in salt lake weds day afternoon and picked up my packet.    I  expecting a big marathon Expo.    No expo, just a place down stairs to pick up our packets.     I have always thought the Deseret News marathon was one of the biggest in the state.  To my surprise it is one of the smallest.     I arrived at my sisters and called Robin and we talked for 4 hours.   (thank goodness my sister had a  charger that fit my phone)   I had to get up at 2:00 AM  to catch the busses that started leaving at 3:15 AM.      After arriving  The Temps were a little warm but ok.  No problem for someone from St. George.  Talked to Sasha for a few minutes.  Found a spot on the ground and waited until 5:30 start time.

1. 5.34   Sasha and another couple guys took off like rockets.    Kenyans and me are just relaxing.

2. 5.36   Last Kenyon starts to pull away.  I let him go.   Feeling great and relaxed.

3. 5.41   feeling great easy running here.  Running with a guy who wants to finish around 3 hours. Having a great conversation.

4 5.59  course is flating out.  Hill time baby.  Feet are beginning to really hurt.  Speed stars have not been this bad before.

My Battery just died on my Garmin.  Will give the rest of the splits later.   I ended up stopping 4 times to adjust my laces on my shoes.   One porta potty which took about 4 minutes.

I think I could have been  at least 10 minutes faster if I would not of had the shoes problems. Besides my feet my body felt good.   The Gatorade at the stops seemed to make me sick.  So I drank water and relied on my Gue Packets to get me through.  The ceremonies were terrible.  The food provided was not to good.   I am grateful however to of ran this marathon.  I  gained a lot of confidence going into St. George.    I am going to switch shoes and run a couple of long runs in them before I use them in the St. George Marathon.   I am pretty sore.  My feet hurt.   My legs tired.  But I am excited about my future training getting ready for St. George.

I met up with some Ghosts and gobblins around 5 am this morning.   Mike, Marci and two other strangers in the nght exchanging glances by the recreation center.   Nice easy run.  Mike was trying to use me as a wind breaker.  Then he began to pick up the pace running up toward webb hill.  diapointing weekend as far as  Robin is concerned, I did not see her at all sunday.   Her children came home.  had some sort of flew sunday.   :(     :(.    We only talked about 40 min Sunday.   I am now an offical Verizon carrier!    And no that is not some sort of disease

FYI

Most Socially Conservative College

"Because of the nature of BYU as a private institution run by a religious group, the school typically attracts a lot of Latter Day Saint (Mormon) individuals," most of whom are "friendly, clean-cut and religious," with an "emphasis placed on education and social interaction." They "never drink or smoke, work part-time and spend weekends either at the library or trying to find someone to marry." As one student explains, "Because of our religion, many students are very preoccupied with marriage and finding their special someone. This also is hard for those of us who are not yet ready to look for a marriage partner or who don't want to start a family right away." In fact, atypical students -- there are some, "usually distinguishable by the way they dress (they try to stand out)" -- can find it "hard to be around this culture." One student writes, "Sometimes I get really frustrated and don't like how close minded and judgmental a lot of the students can be."

20 miles . Metup at the store with a solid group of runners.  Good runners. the kind that put fear into a mans eyes.  The kind that make you wonder why you even showed up.    Mike, Bruce, Logan,  and the spirit of Steve!    Marci , Hayden,  Eric, James.  and another Girl who decided the price was just too high to pay,  and high tailed it out of there before we started off.   We All crammed into Mikes truck. What a guy! What a nice guy.   Every one was doing great until i started to put Vapor rub on my legs.  then suddenly Mike and Bruce and Marci wanted to bail out.   I told Marci that it was better then Pepper spray!    Mike almost told me to get out of his truck.

We droped Mike and Bruce off at 15   and Mike was kind enough to let me drive his truck to the 20 point.  (Mike your truck clears giant boulders and jumps streams with  ease.)   What a truck!

5  Brave souls took off from 20.  On our dark journey looking for road kill.  Logan, Eric, Marci, James,  and myself. Marci took the lead,  She had enough of the smell and was not going to hang back.  Soon after,  we all took off at a very comfortable pace.  so comfortable it reminded me of  a fluffy pillow.   after about a mile of warm fuzzy and barley avoiding head on trouble with a few cars.  (thanks logan) I decided to pick up the pace and get the show on the road.  (No head phones, No AC/DC  Nothing.  This run was going to be about just me and the road and trying to live with my self for the next 18 miles.  Finished and  avg 7 min pace. i was a little disapointed.  Wanted to run faster then that.    But this was a nice 20 in the books.

Met up with Marci and Jeff this morning.      Started out and I just did not feel right.   I was breathing hard trying to catch my breath from the beginning.    Seemed like i was really struggling trying to just keep pace.  Back was tight,   no energy.  Right foot was screaming for a vacation.   Marci and Jeff were having a nice conversation and i was sucking Air. Jeff must think i am a jerk because i did not say much.   I thought if i picked up the pace the body would adapt. But that did Not help.  Even when the road had a down hill  the body just  did not want to move.  no get up and go.    Marci and Jeff were kind to stop and let me streatch the back a little.   I cut the 10 mile work out short and hobbled back to the rec center.  ran a few slow on the treadmill.

oh yea almost forgot. I talked to Robin for 2.5 hours last night until 12 am.    Getting up at 4:30  hmm    4 hours sleep.   Why am i tired?

From Tom on Thu, Aug 21, 2008 at 10:15:07

Bill your training has sure been great the last while, nice job.

So did you decide if you're going to run Hobble yet? Like you I've been a bit tentative about racing hard with all the aches and pains. I'll probably go easy the first 1/2 of the race and treat it like a downhill marathon tempo run then push it the last half if I feel good.

So most likely if you run it I'll be seeing your behind for the maybe the first 1/2 mile or mile then you'll be GONE! Good luck I hope it works out for you and Dustin to come an run.

From wildbull on Thu, Aug 21, 2008 at 10:15:38

Hobble Creek half. is always fun.    Dustin and i Got on the next to the last bus up the canyon.   I would say there were over 1000 runners.  The start of this race is always interesting.  Narrow sarting line.   And every one wants to start at the front.    I got pushed back about 20 feet from the start and had to just wait it out for a half a mile before i could get going.   I decided the night before that i was not going to go all out and see how the foot responds.  I just tried to keep an even pace most of the race.   Got a new PR for the Half.    I am pretty sure i can hold this pace for a marathon.

Bull, you're an animal. You already have a ton of miles this week. I'm planning on doing some 1000m repeats tonight after work and then maybe a few more easy miles. I really need to get my butt out of bed in the mornings.

I'm planning on doing the 20 mile race on Saturday. Sunny is going to volunteer, but I need to get in at least two more 20 milers and next weekend I'll be out of town. I'll probably do my last 20 miler on the 20th. Anyway for the race I would like to try to average between 6:20-6:30 pace, which I think would be a good workout for me.

Hang in there Bull. Listen to your body you might want to back off just a little this week, if you are feeling sore. There are a few good articles in this month's Runner's World talking about tapering, aches and pains and things that tend to happen in the weeks leading up to the marathon.

Rise and shout the Bermuda triangle is up.  On our quest for perfection Mike, Marci and my self set out for another adventure in the dark.   We started out slow, and then Marci started picking up the pace.  Then out of nowhere Mike would come up strong from behind and pass like a flaming dart.  I was thinking to my self that these guys were tagging off trying kill me.   Each time I would go after the lead runner.   The last team tag Marci passed Mike on the trail by web hill.   She really put the burners on and it took all my will just to hang on.    Thanks guys for a great work out.    I almost forgot  had my colesteral checked great news 178.  lowest it has been in a long time.  and HDL was 74.  I think i will go to iceberg and get a  choclate alomond shake.

Happy B-day to Robin! I hope the Bull got her something nice. You guys are animals. I've been struggling a little this week from that 20 mile race and feeling some sickness. Today will be super busy with Parent/Teacher conferences, but hopefully I can get in some miles later tonight. We will be out of town this weekend, so my mileage might be down a little this week. Hopefully I can hit 60 miles this week and then I will probably start tapering next week. Though I do want to do another longer run on the course on the 20th maybe 15 to 18 miles.

Bill,

I wouldn't mind doing a 13 to 15 mile run Saturday down the course, with 8 to 10 miles at marathon race pace. I also wouldn't mind finishing the tempo miles at the park and then doing a few miles cool down from there. Any thoughts?

From wildbull on Tue, Sep 16, 2008 at 13:07:33

if we started at the snow canyon enterance and ran in to the park how many miles would that be?

From Dustin on Tue, Sep 16, 2008 at 13:16:33

Bill- The circle of trust is thinking about doing a little camp out Friday night and then running Saturday morning. We were thinking maybe up at Oak grove campground and then running back on that road from above Leeds to where it comes out by my house. That or maybe up around Zion somewhere. All you guys are welcome to come too. Your triangle running club, Steve and Dustin and whoever else. We'll try and finalize our destination plans and let you guys know but it would be cool to have everyone along.

Hey Bull

Do you guys want to plan somewhere to eat dinner Friday together?

I was thinking about dropping by the blog party at the park for awhile, but also heading up to the cabin in time to watch some of the BYU game against Utah St.

Not sure if you can call BYU-USU a game. Game implies equality. This will be more of a beatdown (and don't forget, I live in Logan, even).

From wildbull on Wed, Oct 01, 2008 at 13:33:29

I think USU will not go go into the night with out a fight!

Good luck this weekend Billy boy. Just run a smart race and you'll pound the 3 hour guy to death. You might pound the 2:50 guy too. Don't get too crazy and run the first 5k in 16 flat. Work into the race and make sure you can open up after the half. I'm excited for you buddy- go get it!

Ran the saint george marathon.   Though race, bad conditions.   cramped up just after veyo.

1. 6:33  2. 6:49  3. 6:35  4. 6:38 5. 6:44 6. 6:30 7. 6:41 8. 7:57 9. 7:39  10. 7:38 11. 7:49 12. 7:42 13. 7:13 14. 7:40 15.6:49 16. 6:49 17. 7:11 18.7:30 19. 7:57 20. 7:44 21.7:24 22.8.17 23.8.03 24. 7:47 25 8:37 26. 8.33

My back was pretty tight.  the weather  conditions really made me shorten my stride.   Made it hard to maintain any sort of pace.  Especially after mile 8.  All the way to the finish.   Not happy about this time.   But I am happy about my effort.  I never gave up.  Never called it a day.  Finished with pride.

Man we all had a bad day didn't we? I had the cramping issues as well around 17, then it was all just trying to finish after that. It's pretty darn frustrating when you're not even tired, you're running downhill, but your cramped up legs won't let you do anything.

But we will surely have our REVENGE!

Knowing how long you guys talk on the phone, that probably worked out to about 1 hour pace per mile.

How is the foot doing? What did the doctor say about it? I'm just trying to get back into shape. The Butch Cassidy race was ok, nothing too exciting, but I did like the course and would like to go do a few training runs out there.

From Superfly on Thu, Nov 06, 2008 at 17:21:42

Billy you will get arrested carrying around those "guns" in public. Don't you need a permit or something? You should come ride a bike with us during club runs and on Sat morning runs...

From Dustin on Fri, Nov 07, 2008 at 11:51:31
