Only 4 miles this morning.  I was lucky to get that in.  I just had a to fight off the Bed Monster to get out the door.

I met up with Curly,  ā€œDā€ and Steve    at the acceleration fitness center.   I enjoyed an hour-long presentation on nutrition for marathon training.   Very good information.     After words we headed out for a tempo run.  I managed to stay with them for the first 4 miles.   After that I started losing ground.   I felt pretty dehydrated and I was upset to my stomach.     I still felt good about the run.  And I always enjoy running with the guys.

I know all about that Bed Monster. It's his fault that I end up running in the heat most days.

You posted some pretty good speed the other day on the treadmill as well. With the times you posted, I'm sure it's off. It's probably time to get the treadmill calibrated.
