Went to the Gym and had my way with the exercise equipment. Next week I will hit the road again. Nothing like sitting around a week that makes a person feel terrible. Toe feel better. keeping it wrapped. I would of went running witht he guys today. But Steve advised me not to. Took his advice Boooo. He is right i am sure.

Nothing harder than trying to rest an injury and wanting to get back out and run. Good job letting it rest.

I didn't call you because I didn't want to tempt you to show up. I figured you would come and then push it too hard. Good thing you rested up. Ease back into this week and things should be fine. I just booked the hotel for Ogden tonight.
