Ran with group from the store! I trying to hit marathon pace in these runs.

allergies are giving me fits right now with all the wind.

Went to the gym and ran another 3 later on the tredmill. 7:30 pace.

left Quad is sore after the massage. April said they will be for a couple of days.

Oh yea. went to lunch with Robin today. She is looking so fine! I had to sing every Hymm I know to keep me thinking good thoughts!

way to get some good quality miles in this week. You were burning me and Clyde on Thursday. Your doing good right now. Way to go on your tempo run Saturday too.
