Nice morning for a run.  Got up at 6:30 and herd opportunity knocking at my door.  I was feeling pretty good most of the run.   I wanted to maintain a fairly brisk pace.   Ended up picking up 40 cents 1 quarter, one dime and one nickel.   I spent the rest of the morning chewing the fat with my restoration guys.  This time of year is always nice.  The excitement of Boston getting ever so close.  Time to register for the St. George Marathon.    Just get your motor runnin!  (Saucony Grid Trigon 4 Ride)

Did some speed work with the amazing Steve and Paul.    Steve really coached me trhough. and held back this work out to help me with my form.  1.  5.59    2. 6.00  3. 6.09 4. 6.19     took it easy the last mile.  probably to easy.   Steve kept telling me to relax my shoulders and arms.
