This time change is killing me. I go to bed at 10 pm and I wake up at 7:15. Wondering what the heck happened. I kiss the wife, and pat the children on the head and scramble to work disgusted at my self for not getting up earlier to go running. I went to the gym and ran 3 on the treadmill. .5 mile warm up at 7 min pace. Then picked it up 6:30 min pace half mile. Then ran 6:00 pace another mile. Next .5 picked it up 5.45 pace. Last ¼ mile ran 5:00 pace. After the sun went down I ran another 6 miles listening to my country favorites. I decided to crank it up the last 2 miles to the sounds of AC/DC. Had some slight hip discomfort nothing serious. Legs are sore. But I think this is just normal training pain.

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

The time change also contributed to my sleeping in Tuesday. Good job on the workout. Good scripture.
