Ran with Dave and Clyde.      I was doing pretty good and felt fine until  around mile 7.   I hit the wall ,and my body said stop.  I completly broke down.  Maybe i need to get my blood checked?   We stoped at the dixie center and drank plenty of water.    I had to slowley jog back to Clydes place.   I got to figure what is going on!

Bill,

That stinks. I've hit that wall a few times, once at Boston and once at the Valley of Fire. I wonder if it has anything to do with all the miles you've been putting in? It seems like you ramp up really fast, maybe too fast for you body to adjust without getting injured or really tired? I don't know, you know your body better then anyone, just an observation.

Anyway, take it easy and let me know what you find out.

Bill sorry about today. I hope you were ok. When we got to River Road I looked back and saw that you were not there anymore. So we just kept heading up the trail. Then we finished and I ran up to shut the gate and then came home to use the restroom and I think that is when you came. Sorry I missed you. Hope your feeling better. It's just the heat and hydration I'd guess.
