When you say you fear your weight is not where it needs to be, what do you mean too heavy? or too light? I think your speed will continue to develop with time. Bill I would just remain consistent with your training, I know you may a bit discouraged because you haven't met some of your goal times lately for some of your races, maybe lower your expecations just a little so you can come close to or achieve your goal, then the races will start feeling like more of a positive experience. Then you can move on and set new goals as you get a better feel for what kind of shape you are in. Ok, there is my Dr. Phil advice for the day. I'm just looking forward to 2007 and I think everyone in the club will improve and can improve from where they were last year.

I forgot to mention I won't be able to make it tonight to the club run, I have a ball game against Pineview, but I am planning on meeting Saturday morning

We are starting winter workouts now, so I don't know if I'll make it tonight either. At least until we switch the time back to 4:30 or so. But I'll see if we get finished and I can get out.
