Morning spinning class with sweet Angela.    Afternoon Ran up to the Running store to demand  a refund on my shoes i bought 300 miles  ago.    I  smashed them on the counter and starred down the dog behind the counter. He picked the shoes up and threw them half way across the store.    I  ended up getting some Brooks (Glycerin).  I like how the forefoot have some extra cushoning

I was also feeling a little sore yesterday on my run, but it was so nice to be outside with the spring temp yesterday. Are you going to be there tomorrow night? I may or may not make the Saturday morning. My parents are coming into town Friday and then we are leaving for Vegas Saturday afternoon, we fly out to Maui on Sunday morning

Bill I have been running in the Asics DS Trainer and the Asics Nimbus. The DS Trainer is pretty lightweight. I have last year's model, but Steve has this year's model and I tried it on, nice fit and light. I seem to like the DS Trainer more than the Nimbus. The Nimbus is quite a bit heavier and has more cushioning, at first I really thought I wouldn't like the Nimbus at all, but it has been good to wear on the trails and on the days when I'm feeling quite as speedy which I guess would be everyday.
