I Decided i needed to do a little speed today. I warmed up for about two miles. Then I picked up the pace 6:00-6:15 min miles for 3. then slowed down. probably 6:45 pace the last mile. Nice and cool morning. I am enjoying morning running again. Now if i can just get my children in bed before 12:30! My legs seem to feel tired around mile 3. I want to slow down. how do i convince my mind to push through the body wanting to slow down? My breathing is okay. 4 more miles at night. (Glycerin) |
