7 Miles on the run.  Robins first day on the job was yesterday.  She is so excited about it.     Less time for me now!!!!!  :(  :(     Talked to her late last night a little tired this morning.    Some one ran over a skunk on greensprings drive this morning.  Dead as a door nail.   The smell was awfull.   I could smell it a mile away at the house.

Nice run Bill. I bet the smell was bad. If you want you can drive down here and I can give you an Oxygen mask I have :-).

Have a good day Bill.

I think you are going deaf and blind! I yelled at you yesterday during my run and then waved at you today and you didn't acknowledge me either time! Rude! ;)

No way. I did not see you Mik'l. I must be getting like an old dog. take me to the pound. whwn did you see me? Were we running in the same direction.

You were on Green Springs both times. Yesterday you were probably just starting your run and we were coming down the hill between the golf course (not on Green Springs) and today I was coming down Green Springs and you were probably about done and turned before I got to you. Open your eyes when you are running, it might help!

Nice job on the mile repeats at the Rec center last night. I am a witness of the 5:30 mile pace for the repeats. I saw the sweat coming off of you. Thats awesome keep up the good work.
