Ran with less wind today then we have had in sometime.   Nice warm day.   Did not have  Music today. I was left with my own thoughts and whispers of my inner soul!

Robin called and we chatted for about 30.   She wants to go to Golds Gym and ride the stationary bike While  watching  a movie friday night!  (How romantic)

I know food is great and I love it! But now that I have started running I can feel it too!

Hey one of my beginning dates with Dustin I went to a BYU track meet with him to watch him run in those sexy short shorts!

Good job Billy boy. Remember to stay loose and don't force anything that can cause a injury. If you keep up this kind of running you'll be in great shape by the end of the summer.
