not an exciting morning!    Got up out the door. only did 4  easy miles.  I left baby garmin at home to catch up on sleep, she deserves some rest and needs to charge up her batteries.

I met up with the Marathon Olympic trial club!  We started around 7 min pace and I was feeling ok.   It was hot and humid around 95 degrees.   Around mile 6 I really began to feel dehydrated. (Very dizzy.)  I slowed way down while our relentless team, Steve, Clyde, Steve O, Dave H.  picked up the pace.    I felt like I was going down the river with out a paddle and here comes the rapids!   I made it back to the store.  Spinning Steve and Clyde were nice enough to wait for me.  (Thanks guys)   We ended up running 11.5. I ran a mile warm up before we started.

Thanks for the advice Sounds like I should get out tomorrow and get a few miles in. By the way, I recognize you from your picture. I think I was waiting in line by you for the restroom on Saturday.
