Spinning with Ralph the mouth!    The man came out of boot camp!  Not the Mild Army but the Marines!    The words from his mouth still ring in my ears.  " Focus you dogs" "concentrate to the end you freaks” Move your ^%#%#%.   Thank goodness i had to leave early for work.  I left my work out Buddy at his mercy.  I am not sure she made it out alive! 

I ran 6 miles tonight in the wind.   I am beginning to get some rythem back.  Still not real smooth when i run.  My form is getting better.  I should be able to do some light tempo runs by the end of this week.

Jeez! Sounds like an adventurous spinning class! This guy sure knows how to motivate... or not, since you were glad to leave early! LOL, your blog always cracks me up, Bill! How's your PF doing?

I took a look at that same picture that Sasha said makes you look 15 pounds heavier, and I say " not too shabby"!

Your blogs crack me up as well. You make it sound so fun. I'm trying to look for the positive in my workouts like you do. I ran across a coyote puppy the other day. I think it must have gotten split up from it's mother or someone shot her? For an instant I almost tried to catch it and then I had a vision of how bad rabbies shots would hurt, so I let it go.
