Ran 7 miles from the pineview track.  Ran a mile before Steve showed up.  We ran to the college and back.   We got down to 5:38 pace.   Good early run.   We were both in no mood to do speed work.  tonight i might just run over to the rec center and lift some weights.

Ran 2 more miles and lifted tonight.   I think i will sleep in tomorrow.   I am tired!

Hey Bill sorry I didn't make it over this morning. I have been struggling a little the last few days running, which as you said, that might be a good sign for a good race on Friday and Saturday. I'll try to get a few good miles tonight, then some tomorrow morning, before I head up to Salt Lake. I'll probably run a few Friday morning, then the race. I'm the second runner, so it will still be warm when I start. We are starting at 5:00pm and my legs are 6.7 hard, 3.0 easy, and 5.3 hard. I'm getting pretty excited and it should be lots of fun.

Thanks Bill,

I purchased the Sock, I tried it out last night. I'll give it a week or so and see if it make a difference.

Your logging some serious miles again. I guess your feeling better. I'm going to try and do the same. I'll probably so some speed tomorrow.

You guys should really like the Wasatch Back Relay. I did it last year with some friends and we're still talking about it. Raggnar just about killed me.
