 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

I went to spinning class this morning.  Pretty good work out.  Like Steve said earlyer, I will call it equivelent to 5 miles of running.  Ran another 5 tonight.  easy AS PIE!     Break:  cereal,  Lunch:  banana, apple, 16 oz chocolate bar,   64 oz sobe,  Dinner:  cheif boy arbee 60 oz can!  Orange juice!

Good week of training so far, what is your goal time for the 10 miler? I won't be there to run tonight with the club, we have a basketball game over in Hurricane.

That might be a good approach for this race, just try to go out and get in a good rhythm and work on racing and passing people. 6:30 pace would put you right around 1:05
