A big fat (0).    My Roaming back pain, which seems to just follow me wherever I go, continues.   I can't seem to out run it.  I look like I need a walker when I walk during the day!    So    I decided to go to my work Christmas party and play lead singer karaoke style.   This created a mass exit.  Any one that knows me thinks that I sound like a harpooned whale.   I feel the quilted weight of not running.  But I drowned my sorrows in 4 returns to the snack bar.

Hope your back feels better soon! I think I have heard you sing karaoke before, if not there is definatley more than one harpooned whale out there!

Dave and I set up a time to run at 7:00 tomorrow morning at the Dixie Center. We were thinking of running out on the Painter's Course. I probably won't push it, because I'll still feeling sore and out of shape. I told Mike about it and he might show up. Steve didn't run last night, so I'll try to talk to him.
