| Met up at Clydes home 4:45 AM Ran with James,Dave,Steve, Logan and Clyde. . up at 4:20 after a restless night. 3 mile warm up then off into the dark. The guys decided to run a different route today and i took a wrong turn. typical me! took me about a mile to get back on track. 11 more miles avg pace 7:10. This is not the work out i wanted today, But i will take it. Met up with Scott the last mile who Bikes along side me and kept me company. At the end my face was covered with Black nats. |

Ran I got up at 4:20 and met the guys at 4:45 at the church. Steve, Logan, Mike, Aaron, and about 30 other people. Mike kept me going this Run. He was on my tail the entire time. Glad he came along he kept me going and we had a great time. Now to spend the rest of the day with the pretty woman. woo hoo! avg 6:55 pace. |
