Met up at Clydes home 4:45 AM  Ran with James,Dave,Steve, Logan and Clyde.  . up at 4:20 after a restless night.    3 mile warm up then off into the dark.  The guys decided to run a different route today  and i took a wrong turn.  typical me!  took me about a mile to get back on track.  11 more miles avg pace 7:10.   This is not the work out i wanted today, But i will take it.   Met up with Scott the last mile who Bikes along side me and kept me company.  At the end my face was covered with Black nats.

Good job Bill. How did this route compare to the other one? More difficult or about the same? I'm heading up to Salt Lake on Thursday until Saturday

I think it is about the same as far as difficulty! Because i got lost and ended up on a dirt road it slowed me down quite a bit!

And how the crap did you end up on a dirt road?

From Bill on Tue, Jul 27, 2010 at 16:09:18 from 168.179.180.160

you guys took that first turn left. I missed it and kept going straight! Guess i should of kept a closer eye on you guys. the only other road left was paved but it turned into dirt. By the time i turned around i was up in the hills LOL

Bill,

Lets plan something for Saturday morning on the course. I want to hit 18 miles with some progression type miles at the end. Mike and Steve should be in town. Scott might want to come with us as well. Everyone else will be up with Dave at his camp. Let me know what you think.

I would love to run the course but will be leaving for Ogden at 5am to move my daughter. Is anyone open to running on Friday morning on the course??

That sounds good Logan! Mike would love to rumble with you! He was just saying the other day how he felt that he had what it takes to take on Logan the next time he Ran the course.
