It is 52 degrees right now in Colorado, I might wait for it to warm-up a bit before I go for my run

Big foot must have been in the area. I saw him running monday moprning and only saw 2 rabbits when I ran the same area. The next day I saw 40 or more in the same area. Big foot scares the wildlife out of the area....Then there is Wild Bull!

Wowsers look at your miles already this week! Are you doing a 50 miler tomorrow for your long run? jk :) Nice week, , , , it is getting hot here huh? At least it has taken till the middle of July to get extra hot, we've had it easy it seems this year. What's your next race? I heard rabbit meat tastes like chicken, , ,you should try it ! :)

Amber, thanks! It has been a good week. Next race is Bryce Half next weekend. I am trying to run a 50 miler around the end of the month in Maui. We shall see!!
