met up with Dave, Dustin, Logan,Eric. 5 am at the store. ran some of the marathon course. Dave, logan and Eric ran 18. Dustin and I ran 15.

Overall 6.44 avg. right foot still sore. But manageble. left foot went numb as usual. felt i could of ran faster. Held back. no need to go faster at this point.

Nice run this morning, real consistent the last 7 miles, which is a good thing.

Those are some great miles and esp with holdin back. I am planning on running up SC park on monday but if that falls through I will for sure be waitin at the rec center to get whipped into shape!
