Bull, there all EASY miles to you! Sounds like alot of BULL to me! You headed north? Running with the club tonight?

From Tom on Thu, Aug 21, 2008 at 10:15:07

Bill your training has sure been great the last while, nice job.

So did you decide if you're going to run Hobble yet? Like you I've been a bit tentative about racing hard with all the aches and pains. I'll probably go easy the first 1/2 of the race and treat it like a downhill marathon tempo run then push it the last half if I feel good.

So most likely if you run it I'll be seeing your behind for the maybe the first 1/2 mile or mile then you'll be GONE! Good luck I hope it works out for you and Dustin to come an run.

Hi Mike. Decided this morning that i am going up north. Foot feels good enough. Not 100 percent. but good enough. I will try to be there tonight.

So it sounds like game on for this weekend. Are you ok driving and me helping out with the gas. I will probably be over for the club run tonight.

Good luck Wild Billy boy. Your running so strong right now. Just go have a good time and you run a great race. Don't get to worked up about it- Keep STG as your goal so you can smash 3 hours this year. No injuries either.
