Nice time for an easy run.  James, Bruce, Tom and his wife,  And the Bermuda triangle (Mike Marci and Myself. )  Mikes wife was very kind to give us a ride up to the start.  We  took on the 14 miles of the marathon course.   Marci went out hard and strong.   Then i decided to pick it up.   Finally cought up with her.   Dustin took off.   Stayed with him for about a mile.  He started to leave me like a smelly rag.   Finished the run with a 1 mile warm down before the finish line with Dustin.

Your pace was awesome! How are the legs feeling? I am pretty sore, time to get healed for STG.

Great job Bull, I am glad you slowed down at the end because I accomplished my one goal for the day TO BEAT YOU to the finish line! hehe j/k that was a good run, you are going to rock!

Marcie, you can thank me, I made the wildbull slow down and do a cool-down mile with me, that way you could accomplish your goal.

Good job Bill, I think you're ready for a great marathon, just time to get the body rested and ready to go.

Bull you are sure running well right now, looks like SG this year is a massive PR and a possible sub 2:50?

Hey nice to chat with you a bit on the ride up. Now that I know the secrets of the great masters like yourself with putting some vapor rub on the hammies, maybe I'll start getting faster now :)
