Met up with the club at the store.   We decided to run the spectrum course.    Started out ok.   Soon realized i did not eat very well today.  Body started acting like it after 5 miles.     Nice run with the guys.  We had alot of fun running down snow canyon,    Back is sore today from running down hill!

Good running with you again, bud. Sorry you weren't feeling too great.

Mike said you have been running pretty well! I am excited to see you all tomorrow and just hoping I can hang with you and Mike in the race!

Good job last night Bull, I was a little worried when we turned to come back and we couldn't see you guys, glad Kendra came along. We went a little further and faster than I was planning last night. I've been sore today, but hope to feel good in the morning. What time does the race start?

From Wildbull on Fri, Mar 14, 2008 at 15:42:18

Race starts at 9 am. are you still planning to warm up at the top and come down?

From Dustin on Fri, Mar 14, 2008 at 15:45:56

I hadn't heard about that plan meeting at the top. I'll probably just pick up my packet and take the bus, unless people are doing something different.
