ran the second annual memorial Steve Abraham Lincon Hooper fun run.  This time with out the man who created it.     Ran with the legends  (Dave and Logan.)     Those guys are sooooooooooo   fast.     Logan attacted every hill like it was his enemy.   Dave was smooth as silk.   Logan tried to act like superman and almost went horizontal.   Guess he tripped on  a rock.  I must say this was much more enjoyable this year.  I actually felt pretty good except for the lack of sleep.  I could feel it when i hit the hills.

I wanted to see if i could push the pace at mile 14 but my left foot started bothering me.  so i had to shut it down and just take it real easy on the way in.

No snakes this time, no bear tracks,  and best of all no stumbling.   The ice cold stream was such a treat after the run.   It felt great.   plud we stoped at Veyo and got a triple berry pie.  Yum,

B  two bananas,   yogurt,  water

L.  chicken sandwich.
