 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

Sweet Angela is beginning to look like she is pregnant!    The woman still knows how to make a guy sweat.  I call this morning work out the Dead Sea revival!   I am going to worp the wood boards under me.     Did weights after. Arms, chest, gluts, and ABS. 

Feeling tired after this morning. But sweet Angela is worth getting up for! 

Called Robin and left a message with the top ten Reason why i think she is going to have a good day.
