Spinning with sweet Angela!  Well guess what?  She is Pregnant again.  But i don't expect any drop off in our work outs!  She rocks my world every time.   She is planning on running the Hurricane half Saturday.  She is so competative. I have no doubt she will be in the top 5 for woman!

Went to see April today.  She worked on the hamstrings.  had knots in them.  holy batman the pain.   Back is getting better!

Got new shoes!   I will try them out tonight!

Ran 8 more miles in the wind tonight.   raced some kid a bike up main street for a mile.     I beat him to the light just as it changed making it across the street.    thank goodness,  I was not sure how much longer i could hold the pace.  observed Dustin in action with his driving students!  He was screaming and yelling .  I thought i heard the word retarded coming from his car?

How was the hike? Man I've been so busy this week. I'm really getting ready for summer and a little more free time. I really could use a massage sometime.

Hey I just get my feet moving and try to relax and let the pace come. I really felt like I was staying comfortable this morning. I run at about 6:45 am.

Good thing you didn't try to run across the street in front of my driver's ed students when we saw you yesterday. It might have been the end of the bull.

Yea, it's windy here as well. The wind gusts were as high as 60 mph yesterday. Puncture proof tires sound nice. Oh how nice it would be if I could just run down to the store and buy them like everyone else, problem is I live 3 hours from the nearest store and about 5 from the nearest bike shop. You city folk take city liven for granite.

I fear for my hubby's life every day he drives with students! I hear some pretty scary things! I'm not sure you heard the word retarded it was probably something else! J/K
