Ran with the club a few miles.   Nice turn out.   The   Guys and Ruth were taking all the oxygen up front; I was trying to find any left.     Left IT got really tight and   had to stop   after 4.      It was fun while it lasted.   At the end talked to some of the guys about their next tri they plan on racing.  Those guys are animals! Bill, is that why I can't breath when I run? Lack of oxygen at the back of the pack, makes sense to me.

Meeting at the store at 7 a.m. and sounds like doing a loop out through Green Valley, like 17 miles. I'll probably cut it short a bit, as I'm still not in that great of shape.
