Good Job today. I have a big request/ favor to ask you. Do you think you would be up for a long run next tues morning (like the 17 mi loop we did on sat). I am flying to Texas that day for the week and dont know if I will be able to get a long run while I am there. The biggest thing is I would have to go pretty early to get back by about 6:55. So let me know what you think, If you cant or dont want you that is totally fine!! Just thought I would ask.

YEs I have lost my mind! The store is great and hmmmm...is 4:30am ok??? How long do you think it will take us? I was about 2 hrs 15 min, not including my couple breaks on sat. YOu are a good sport. Maybe some of the other guys would want to come too.
