Met up with Marci at the Rec center.   We decided to do the old trail.  after a couple of miles i warmed up and decided to hit tempo pace.  Nice run.   after 8 i shut it down.   ran another 6 on my own real easy.  I am feeling sore.  Just keep the IB Profen coming.   Big foot was sick. missed him.

Bill- The circle of trust is thinking about doing a little camp out Friday night and then running Saturday morning. We were thinking maybe up at Oak grove campground and then running back on that road from above Leeds to where it comes out by my house. That or maybe up around Zion somewhere. All you guys are welcome to come too. Your triangle running club, Steve and Dustin and whoever else. We'll try and finalize our destination plans and let you guys know but it would be cool to have everyone along.

I am not sure the Bermuda Triangle Will crash the Camp out. But it does sound fun. Thanks for the invite. I will relay the message.

Bill you wouldn't be crashing the party. We want everyone to come up if they can. It will make it fun. We most likely will just go up Friday night after dinner so we don't have to worry about food and stuff. Just kind of low key with a big bonfire.

Bull you are the man! Sorry I haven't chatted in a while. It's the busiest time of year until the end of track/school. Thanks for always having a positive word!

Bull, you are a complete beast. Nice miles today. Rumor has it, many Runners, Planes, Cars, Covered Wagons, Trucks and Trains. Have mysteriously disaperaed in the Oak Grove area. Sounds like the Bermuda Tri is already there!
