I  did not get out on the road until 9:15 last night.   only had time for a short run.    I know what your thinking!  Bill get some commitment.   Make some goals!   I am running like a turtle.  AVG 7:30 pace!  felt like 6:00 pace.  I of course would not know what a 6:00 min pace feels like!

Bull, you did more than me. Not bad at all. Remember, I am holding you to that sub 3 at STGM this year! Time to get busy pal!

Good job getting out late last night. I should have but didn't. What are your plans for Saturday's run?

You'll just have to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse at the end to find out what the "hot dog dance" is! But Jarren is so cute doing it! Thanks for the encouragement! Your great!

Bill it sounds like we are doing 3 by 6.5 mile loops tomorrow, with the second loop being at tempo pace. So for tonight I wouldn't do any tempo stuff.

Glad you liked it! I stole it from the Dixie High cross country team. They have a ton of great sayings that would be cool on a t-shirt. Like "my sport is your sport's punishment"
