Easy miles with the guys..  clyde, a new guy named James, Steve, and ken carlson.   We met at  Big foots home and his  wife  was  kind to give us a ride up to utah hill.    As steve the shoe  guy arrived  fashionably late he  chucked mikes shoes out the window  of his car,  like they were Nikes or something.   He is  so funny.  Mike  made Steve tie his shoes laces.  LOL.   When we arrived on top of utah Hill. I think Ken was thinking  we were just going to run 6 miles.   He took of at 6 min pace.  Ken is a master runner with more talent in his  broken toe then i have in my whole  body.   But the Bull was in no mood to let him go on his  journey by him self so i went with him. We pretty much maintained a my race pace for 10 k    and we both new the race was over at 10 k.   But we had 8 more miles to go!!!   We pretty much shut it down and kept the pace around 7 min pace the rest of the way.    What i nice day for a run. over cast. a little muggy but ok. Big foot  was amazing. He had a  great day after hammering out  80 miles this  week!
