 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

Club run with the guys.   I had to get back to work and head back early.  AAron pushed me prettty good the whole way!   He kept on telling me i looked old and slow!   Every time i picked up the pace he matched it!   150 lbs and holding!

After 9 PM  I went to the Rec center and Ran 3 more 7:15 pace.

Good run last night Bull. That's the fastest, and strongest I've seen you look in over a year. Keep up the good work and you'll have a great summer. Just stay keep it smart.

Wow, Bill - you went to the Rec center after 9PM to run on (I assume) boring treadmill! That is dedication, man! I have a very hard time motivating myself to run after 9PM.
