Big fat o this morning. I am feeling really tired.  Slept in. need my sleep more then the run at this point.   looking forward to running tonight with the club.

Met up with an awesome group for the club run.

Aaron and i took off like the cops were after us.    Found out Aaron had some digestional problems and he bailed out after 3 pushing the pace 6:10.   I waited for the rest of the guys to catch up.   and contiued on with this awesome group.     after 5 hooked up with Dave, logan, kam, and Ross.    Logan started pushing the pace when we hit the golf course.  And of course like a dog after a car i gave chase.   We stopped and got water after about a mile.    I shut down at that point.  Just ran it slowley on in.  Cought up  Ross and kam  on the trail and pushed it on in.    Thanks guys for waiting.

Overall we had a good run.   And i got some great ideas from the mature guys.

a little side note.  I seen a giant raccoon on the trail.  The thing could of took me home for dinner.  ( Me being the main course)

Bill. Thanks for the comments. I haven't reviewed your blog for awhile. Your out of control!!!!!

I can't believe all the miles your logging. You must weight about 50 pounds or be eating about 10,000 calories a day.

I don't know how you find the motivation to run as much as you do, and for a man of your age!! I'm surprised the knees and hips haven't given out!!

Just kidding. What's your goal for the St. George marathon this year? I'm sure you'll be well under 3 hours with all the miles and hard work you've been putting in?
