A morning with sweet Angela is always nice.  She was terriffic and she  took it to me today!    Lifted some weights and did some ab work.

I think i will do the Dam to Dam also. It is a fun race. And it is only 5 miles. I usually run the course twice to get my miles in. It will be fun to see you there.
