You're the man already getting in a lot of miles for the week and last week was pretty impressive too. I don't think I will be able to go up and do the Hobblecreek Half, we have a high school meet that day. I am thinking about doing the Provo Canyon Half next Saturday. Colorado was nice but hard to do long runs alone.

Good work this week!

The drink mix we had on Saturday was Accelorade- I bought it at GNC in a 3 or 4lb container. Its nothing amazing but works better than water, or powerade or gatorade.
