 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

went out for a walk about. feeling kind of tired for some reason. along the way took a break and helped a couple of woman with children in the van change a flat tire. wrm yesterday around 90 degrees. still nice to run in compared to what it has been this last summer.

ran six miles in the dark this morning. felt real tired for some reason. not sure what the problem is. My wife said she counted a 100 demons in me the other day. So I must be bloated?

Decided to try out the tread mill. ran 1 mile to rec center for warm up. decided to see how i would feel after 13 miles at marathon pace 6:20. felt pretty good. bring on the marathon.

went out with Steve, Clyde, Dustin. started from central the start line of the marathon next week. the [plan was to run about 13 of the course. We got to veyo, and i had to take a pit stop. Steve was having some issues with his shoes and legs. We fell way behind Clyde and Dustin. By the time Steve and i got going again,we were miles behind. Steve was not having a good day. So i ran on ahead and met up with clyde and dustin returning in the car about mile 12. I was feeling pretty good so i decided to have them pick me up on the way back. I was able to get about 5 more mile's. I was beginning to think I would make it back to st.george before they picked me up.
