im Back!!!!! I went to meet the club at the park. no Steve, no Dustin and no Clyde. I was all dressed up for nothing!! I wore my nice new spira's. Just as i was ready to leave David Holt showed up. David Holt, Wow! He is probably in the top three as far as running ability here in washington county. I decided to run the jeff galloway method. run a couple of miles, then walk a couple of minutes. Dave was very kind. he did not once try to push my snail pace. left foot a little sore. will cross train friday.

Hey Bill- Sorry I didn't come. I talked to Dustin on the phone and we decided not to come... didn't think anyone would be there. Hopefully we can all meet on Saturday.
