Ran with the club. They beat me like a card on a bicycle wheel! I should of known something was up when I noticed Steve was doing a warm up around the park before we even got started. Clyde the glide gave me that Clint Eastwood smirk as if he were saying, “do you feel lucky punk. Well do you!!” We started up the hills about 4 miles worth. Every thing was going fine, until the last mile. Clyde took off like a rocket, and Steve took off like lighting. Steve unleashed the beast with in and lost us all. I hung back just to make sure no cops were trying to catch them for speeding. We ended up running a little over 7 miles. I decided I needed to do a few more miles, so I went out that night and ran 3.5 more.

Your and animal with your miles this week. It will start to pay off. You'll be giving me the Clint Eastwood look at The Spectrum 10k.

Your comment -"They beat me like a card on a bicycle wheel!" is classic. I think you forgot I was sucking in your dust going up the dirt hill to the electric station.

It sure looks like your getting in some good miles. How do you feel now compared to the way you felt before the St. George marathon? It seems like your faster. I was running times on Sasha's Race Time Predictor and it basicly shows that if you ran a 3:00 St. George Marathon you'll end up at 3:04 at Boston. However, I was thinking if you were to run St. George again in 4 1/2 weeks you probably would run under 3 hours. What are your thoughts?
