Just Ran  some nice miles with the "Circle of Trust".    Then some miles on my own after they left me in the Dust!    We started out in the Dark,  Dave, Clyde, Logan,Dustin, Mike "the six million Dollor man!"   After 4 mile warm  at sub 8 min pace.    We took off  1. 6.39, 2. 6.40, 3. 6.51, 4. 6.50, 5  6. 6.58.  I must be gettin old.    I never saw the circle of trust again until we stoped.   Very Humid day  and very hot.    Hopefully next week will be better!  I know i am capable of hold sub 6:30 pace.  But for some reason it was not clicking today!

Six Million Dollar Man? What you talkin about? Must be how much debt I owe. You looked good today. As a matter of fact you were hardly breathing, or had you actually stopped breathing lol. Thanks for the run, we'll hit it hard this weekend!!

That heat and humidity can make the day much worse than you want - still a very good start to the summer to build on for next week.
