 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

Just Ran 1O MILES .  Big foot and i got together at 5 am at the park.  warmed up 3 miles.   5 tempo 1. 6.21  2. 6.40 3. 6.57 4.6.51 5. 6.44.  not exactly a great tempo  run.   Legs still feeling tired from last saturdays run.   But all will get better soon i hope.    Maybe i am just getting old LOL.   Mike was just flying.  I took a wrong turn at the bridge and i could never catch  him.

Come on man, you know if not for the wrong turn you would of left me for road kill! Unlike Paul, I don't stop and wait lol. Thanks for the run, lets make sure we keep doing this workout.
