I woke up at 4 am to go meet the gang of St. George at 5.   not feeling the best, but we started out in the cold dark hour of 5 am.  Met up with Steve the "ghost whisperer", Dave the "white shadow", and Logan  the "bush walker." We were Just running a nice easy 7:30 pace and i was struggling the entire time.  I managed to hang onto them to the half way point.    then the cramps in the legs came.  then out of the darkness a white night appeared. to my surprise it was  "Tunafish"   We ran together for the last 2.5miles  and i was able to pick up the pace.   Not sure what the problem was  but some of it had to do with the cloths i wore.  and some of it has to do with my poor food choices. I got to remember to make better food choices if i want to perform at a higher level.
