I had a good run this morning. it took me about three miles to get over the normal aches and pains. I picked up the pace some and ran it on home. ran a few more miles tonight. the St.George Marathon is getting close. need to stay injury free.

Bill,

What time are you guys going to run tonight? I am going to try to run a few miles after school and see how the feet hold up, that will probably determine if I can run much later tonight.

Way to go on the miles Bill.

I was going to tell you yeasterday that the best day to day shoe you can buy, and put a lot of miles on is the asic Landreths. That may not be spelled right but these are really good training shoes if your pretty neutral in you running stride. I'd go with these over anything else.
