I got up this morning with little desire to run. I put on my new shoes anf glided down the road. they are so smooth and light. I may just wear them for the marathon instead of my speed stars. a nice 54 Degrees this morning. I will run another 8 or so tonight. ran another 9 tonight. not a good run. this drug free stuff is for the birds. hurts to much to push it.

Hey Bill,

I got my shoes last Friday and tried them out on my Saturday run, felt good and I am pretty sure I'm going to wear them in the marathon. Are you doing the Swiss Days? I'm thinking about it, but would also like to do some miles after the race, would you be interested? I would like to run somewhere on the marathon course, let me know what you are planning this week. I won't be there Thursday night we have a cross country meet up in Enterprise.

Either route sounds good to me Bill. I was thinking around 10 to 12 miles max.
