I dashed out of work at 4 pm to go running with the club. Dave, Dustin, Steve all showed up ready to rumble. Clyde is coaching his wrestling team. We blasted off and headed up Diagonal street, down sunset then down behind the black mountain. The pace got faster about 3 miles into it and my hip flexors (back) were screaming for me to stop. ) Steve had me try a stretch. It helped a little. I had to stop twice and stretch. Dave was pushing the pace and Steve shot out with him. Dustin Did a U turn and towed me back to the park. When I got back to work I noticed I had a flat. My left Nike air zoom had lost its air. Not a good sign.

That night I had a dream. I was talking to Dave and I asked him what was the secret of running fast. He held out his hand and said “grasshopper take the pebble from my hand. And just as I was about to grab the pebble, he sprinted away.

Sorry to hear about the flat tire. I've enjoyed the air miler, but that is one thing that usually happens with nike. Especially looking at the design of that shoe, good thing Steve will be opening up soon.
