Had a nice work out after work.    I usually just have easy miles on monday, But i decided to run a few faster miles.   6:40, 6:23, 6:10, 6:01.     2 warm up miles and 1 warm down mile.

Usual Sunday run with Mike!  Most of the miles were slow and easy.   Mike picked up the pace around mile 3 and 5.  6:15 last mile is ok.
