Ran the saint george marathon.   Though race, bad conditions.   cramped up just after veyo.

1. 6:33  2. 6:49  3. 6:35  4. 6:38 5. 6:44 6. 6:30 7. 6:41 8. 7:57 9. 7:39  10. 7:38 11. 7:49 12. 7:42 13. 7:13 14. 7:40 15.6:49 16. 6:49 17. 7:11 18.7:30 19. 7:57 20. 7:44 21.7:24 22.8.17 23.8.03 24. 7:47 25 8:37 26. 8.33

My back was pretty tight.  the weather  conditions really made me shorten my stride.   Made it hard to maintain any sort of pace.  Especially after mile 8.  All the way to the finish.   Not happy about this time.   But I am happy about my effort.  I never gave up.  Never called it a day.  Finished with pride.

Man we all had a bad day didn't we? I had the cramping issues as well around 17, then it was all just trying to finish after that. It's pretty darn frustrating when you're not even tired, you're running downhill, but your cramped up legs won't let you do anything.

But we will surely have our REVENGE!
