 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

Ran the Spectrum 10 k.    Not an all out effort.  But much better then last year    here are my splits  

1. 5:25  2. 6.19 3. 6.07 4. 6.29 5. 6.38  6. 6.41

avg 6:15  (38:50)      happy with the time for this time of year.   Much better then last year over the same course.   it was fun saying hello to all the runners.   Got some good pics.

Hey great race! Good job, , I always seem to be right behind you in races! I just tell myself to stay behind you, keep you in my sights, and try not to let the gap get too big . . thanks for the motivation! You're a great runner, , , someday I might have to just pass you :) just kidding, not if you keep getting faster! Plus, these last two races you say have been your "easy" races! Anyway, good job!
