Today was the first annual lake to lake relay in  Saint George.      Hayden, Dustin James and my self set a course record!   (Ok it was the first one!)   We met up at the store and then went and got our Ace in the hole (Hayden)     (Bless you my child)   I was voted to run the first leg.   6.07 miles of nice road.    This was the longest leg but it was one of the easier ones.     I managed to hold on to 3 overall  and then” Nate the Great” took over leg two.  He ran his heart out.  He looked like man running in the  Olympics.   Then came Dustin who looked like a man possessed.  A man  who looked like he  was running from the IRS?    Then came James who just about missed the dinner bell. But made it up with his "Handsomeness"   Dustin was nice enough to give him his sweaty soiled stinky shirt!  With only one small request in exchange  "that he not sweat in it!"    We were in second place at this time behind  the Decker Clan "the Beast" and the brother of the Beast,  and his father.  and two other young guns that can fly.   Hayden our Ace put us in first place after his leg.  We  pretty much held on from there.   Opps the Wild bull did let the other team catch him at the end of his leg 6.  But "Nate the great"    soon corrected this and The rest is History.  Hayden ran the final leg into victory .  The Saint George Running team is deep in talent and guts.     Thanks to my team.  Thanks for all the support. And thanks to the Saint George Running store for sponering us.

Sometimes the "Handsomeness" helps out a little bit. Thanks for not kicking me out of the car after that little near disaster. You ran awesome today. Nothing wrong with being on the "B" team right?

Way to go wildbull! Thanks for being the captain, and even with the one bad exchange between James and I, we still managed to pull out the victory. How was the award's banquet? Did you pick up my loot? If you have any good pictures pleaes email them to me.

Great race Bill! Which runner on my team is my brother though? All of my brothers are too out of shape to run in a race like we ran.
